Access to financial resources under favourable conditions is a major challenge for any housing project. The promotion and design of appropriate financial tools is one of our main areas of reflection and action.

Together with its partners, urbaMonde strengthens the capacity and financial autonomy of organized groups of inhabitants through self-managed rotating funds for the acquisition of building land and the improvement and production of housing and common spaces.

UrbaMonde is also developing the Solidarity Housing Fund, a peer-to-peer financial tool aimed at strengthening these local rotating funds.
